1. Nature of Service
  • Ziago Technologies Private Limited is a service provider which facilitates merchants to receive online payments in various modes of payments like credit/debit card, net banking, UPI, wallets, and others.

  • No physical products are shipped with our services.

2. Communication & Updates

All onboarding status, activation, or other compliance update notifications will be done through:

  • Registered email address

  • Customer dashboard notifications

  • Phone/SMS (if set)

  • Customers may also monitor their application status by contacting our support department.

3. Service Availability

Upon activation:

  • Services are available 24/7, except for planned maintenance.

  • Any scheduled downtime will be notified at least 24 hours in advance through email or dashboard notifications.

4. Service Delivery Cancellation

We may postpone or cancel service delivery if:

  • Provided documents are invalid or unverifiable

  • Risk or fraud issues are discovered during onboarding

  • Upon such occurrences, the merchant will be informed instantly.
