Ziago Technologies Private Limited is a service provider which facilitates merchants to receive online payments in various modes of payments like credit/debit card, net banking, UPI, wallets, and others.
No physical products are shipped with our services.
2. Communication & Updates
All onboarding status, activation, or other compliance update notifications will be done through:
Registered email address
Customer dashboard notifications
Phone/SMS (if set)
Customers may also monitor their application status by contacting our support department.
3. Service Availability
Upon activation:
Services are available 24/7, except for planned maintenance.
Any scheduled downtime will be notified at least 24 hours in advance through email or dashboard notifications.
4. Service Delivery Cancellation
We may postpone or cancel service delivery if:
Provided documents are invalid or unverifiable
Risk or fraud issues are discovered during onboarding
Upon such occurrences, the merchant will be informed instantly.
